The term mental health is not a disease, it is a phrase used to describe the state of one's psychological and emotional condition. Unless you live on another planet, the state of your mental health has been impacted on life's journey; for some to a greater degree than others. We must not "other" people. And smiling all the time doesnt mean you have no mental health challenges. It may be your defense or guard against . Or even a response to trauma.We ALL have issues that impact our mental health by virtue of the fact that we are human beings. All is not lost though
